Factlore
Early access

Know who has access to what, why they have it, and when it stops being true.

Even when your identity provider cannot see it.

Factlore connects read-only to the systems your company runs on and lists every account in them against the people on your staff list. When someone leaves, it shows what they still have, and checks the next day whether it is gone.

What it does

Who has access to what

Every account in the systems you connect, matched to a person on your staff list.

A match Factlore is unsure of is put to you. It is not guessed.

Why they have it

Record why access exists, so the answer survives the person who knew.

Factlore never fills in a reason for you.

When it stops being true

When someone leaves, see what they still have and what they owned.

Factlore checks again the next day and says what it saw: gone, still live, or not something it can see.

Read-only

What Factlore reads

  • Accounts and whether each is active, suspended or deleted
  • Group members and group owners
  • Who holds an administrator role
  • When an account last signed in, and which outside apps it authorized

What Factlore does not do

  • Read email, files, documents, calendars or messages
  • Change, suspend or delete an account
  • Remove access for you. It shows what to remove and checks whether it happened
  • Sell your data or use it for advertising

An administrator grants each connection and can revoke it at any time in that system's own admin console. The privacy policy lists the exact permissions Factlore asks Google for and what each is used for.

Systems

  • Google Workspace
  • Microsoft 365
  • Slack
  • GitHub
  • Any other app, from a CSV export of its users

Factlore is in early access. Connections are being opened to a small group of companies, one system at a time.
